I had a fantastic weekend at the Annex Patio Art Show, a big thank you to everyone who dropped by.  I got to know some other amazing Toronto artists, and chat to lots of lovely passers by.

My favourite conversation was with a five year old boy who told me he also liked to draw. It went like this:

Me: What do you like to draw?
5 yo: (big sigh) Anything that inspires me.
Me: Do you draw things you can see, or from your imagination?
5 yo: I draw from my imagination, I draw things from the past, the present and the future.
Me: How do you know what will happen in the future?
5 yo: I predict the future.

I was impressed!
