Upcoming art show

This weekend, July 14 and 15th, I will be exhibiting some works at the Annex Patio Art Show in downtown Toronto.

I will be at Futures at Bloor and Brunswick. There will be lots of amazing artwork in shopfronts and on patios at the cafes, clothing stores and restaurants all down Bloor St, between Bathurst and Spadina.  All the artists, including myself, will be in attendance to answer your questions and talk about our works.  If you are in Toronto, come down and check it out.

New Monster pieces

Just completed these two little prints, mounted on pine blocks. Just a little boy living with a pretty cheeky monster!

The Deer Ladies

Here’s a new piece I just completed. I thought it was only right to make some Deer Ladies to keep the Gentlemoose company.  The linework was done in pen and the illustration coloured digitally.

Interview with Amber Dalcourt

I was recently a guest on the podcast at Evil Ink, a great online resource for freelancers and digital artists. I was interviewed by the lovely Amber Dalcourt about living and working oversees as an independent artist.  Have a listen to the interview here.

4 x 6 Exchange

Recently I took part in the 4 x 6 Exchange, an initiative by the Art-house Co-op. I created a this 4 x 6 inch artwork, and sent it to the Co-op in New York. It will be swapped with another that I will receive in a few weeks!

Titanic project online

A new project I’ve been working on for Chocolate Liberation Front in Toronto has been released. This immersive online experience is a companion to Titanic, the Julian Fellowes miniseries. I was the lead designer on the project, and also created backgrounds for the experience and illustrated portraits of some of the passengers. The app is available on iTunes.
